Our studio offers:
- Classes and sessions tailored to you based on your individual assessments
- Full equipment Classes — max 4
- Mat work classes — max 8
- 1-1 sessions
- Therapy room for Sports Massage & Movement Therapy Sessions
OUR APPROACHIndividual Attention, Small Groups & Combined Expertise
- Small classes — we keep class numbers small so instructors can see and work with each person.
- Individual attention — exercises and adaptations can be specific to the individual, rather than everyone doing exactly the same thing.
- Combined expertise — Pilates and therapy knowledge can be used together where relevant.
- Assessment when needed — particularly when someone is experiencing pain or working towards a specific goal, an assessment can help identify what they need to work on.
Where an assessment identifies something to work on, this can be built into your 1-to-1 sessions and, where appropriate, incorporated into group Pilates classes.

THRIVE STUDIO TEAMOur Instructors & Therapists
Alex Moore — Sports Therapist & Pilates Instructor
I’m a Sports Therapist and fully qualified Pilates instructor (Mat & Equipment). I have 15 years’ experience running my own private small-group Mat and Full Equipment Pilates classes.
I also work with dancers on performance improvement and performance-related pain, and have been providing Sports Massage since 2011 — including working in theatres providing massage for performers between shows to help reduce pain during show runs. Alongside this, I also run courses in Sports Massage, Pilates Teacher Training and First Aid.
